I    BASIC GENERAL NURSING

This is a three-year programme commencing in October, 2020

Requirements

• Applicants must possess: WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old on admission.

Mode of Examination

The examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT)

The closing date is Wednesday 17^th June, 2020.

Date of Entrance Examination

Entrance examination shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee on Friday 19^th June, 2020.

II.    POST BASIC GENERAL NURSING

This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in March, 2021

Requirements

• Applicants must:
  1. Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  2. Be a registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

  2. Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.
