Elections: UDUS Stops Academic Activities, Orders Students to Vacate Campus 

Sequel to the Ministerial directive on the closure of all Universities and inter University Centres during the upcoming 2023 General Election, requesting Vice-Chancellors, as well as Directors/Chief Executives of Inter-University Centres to shut down their respective Institutions from Wednesday 22nd February, 2023 to Tuesday 14th March, 2023, as contained in the National University Commission (NUC) circular NUC/ES/138/VOL.64/178 dated on 3rd February, 2023.

Consequently, the Management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, through the Dean of Students is hereby informing all Students that, the University will be closing for the 2021/2022 Academic session at the conclusion of the ongoing examination on Saturday 18th February, 2023.

In view therefore, all Students including those writing Projects or undergoing Industrial Training (IT) and Teaching Practices (TP) are by this circular, directed to vacate the Campuses including the Private Hall of Residences within the perimeter or vicinity of the University on or before 22nd February, 2023.
