Notice is hereby given to the 2022/2023 newly admitted students of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro that the polytechnic management had declared 29th of March, 2023 as the 2022/23 matriculation ceremony date.
The Matriculation ceremony will hold at the Pavilion ground by 10am. While the Orientation has been scheduled for March 28th, 2023.
The management had directed the concerned students to proceed to the Directorate of Student Affairs for collection of Academic robes.
The collection of the Matriculation gown is expected to commence on Monday, 27th of March, 2023 by 12pm.
Concerned students are to present their original copy of their admission letter and receipt of payment of their school fee at the point of collection.
They are also advised to submit the gowns after the Matriculation ceremony till Thursday 30th of March, 2023.
Late submission of gowns attract a penalty fee of ₦500 per day.
The newly admitted students are also enjoined to pay their tuition fee and complete their registration on or before 28th of March, 2023 as failure to do so will deem the candidate’s admission offer for forfeiture.
