You are requested to to come to Unilorin permanent site, faculty of Education (LR5) on Thursday 15th Dec. 2020 to collect and sign your Award letter and fill a form Unfailingly with the following documents (photo copy)(1) ID card, (2) Admission letter (3) course registration form. (4) birthday certificate (5) state of origin cert. (6) One passport photo. pls be there.
