Niger State Governor Mohammed Umar Bago has announced the appointment of Prof. Hassan Ibrahim as the acting Vice Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL).
This decision follows the suspension of the former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abu Kasim Adamu. Prof. Ibrahim, who previously served as the Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration at IBBUL, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this new role.
