A first-class graduate of the department of fishery and aquaculture, University of Ilorin, Olajire Sheriff, has won a grant of five hundred thousand naira at the ongoing NYSC orientation programme in Ede, Osun State.
Our Correspondent gathered that the Grant was presented to him by Unity Bank branch of the State in a programme tagged ‘Corpreneurship challenge’ today, Friday, at the closing ceremony of the in-camp skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development, SAED training.
Sheriff emerged the first position among his other participants after presenting his business proposal on fish farming. A proposal that was well presented and defended by the Fishery Graduate. Corps members who emerged second and third positions were given a grant of #300,000 and #200,000, respectively. Other participants from the first 10 were presented a gift and celebrated.
