UNILORIN ISSUES URGENT NOTICE TO ALL FINAL YEAR STUDENTS 

The Directorate of COMSIT has hereby enabled a new feature on all final year students’ portal to allow them upload recent passport photographs for the production of certificates.

All final year students are hereby MANDATED to proceed to the University portal for the upload of a recent passport photograph.

Kindly follow the instructions below:

1. On the left Menu, select “Final Year Student Passport Upload”
2. Select “Choose file” to upload your passport

NB: You are to follow the requirements below for a successful upload:

• Passport must be in RED background
• The size must not be more than 25 KB
• Accepted passport format is (.JPG) only
• Only your face must be contained in the passport.

Kindly note that all final year students must complete this process on or before Wednesday 23rd November, 2022.
