UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL (UCH), IBADAN RELEASES 2024/2025 SCHOOL OF NURSING ADMISSION FORM 

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing Programme of the University College Hospital, Ibadan for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

PROGRAMME DURATION;

3 Years- To Become A Registered Nurse (RN).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicants must be 17 years and above at the time of application

2. Posses tive (5) O’level credits at not more than 2 sittings of the same examination body in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in either WAEC or NECO HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and make a Twenty Five Thousand Naira (#25,000) naira payment through Remita Payment button2. After Payment sign up with your RRR, Email and Password used for the payment and Login with the same details.

3. From portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download Applicant User Guide

4. Follow the Instructions stated in the guide to input your data and submit your application

5. Print 2 Copies of your form and Photo card and bring them on the day of examination

NOTE: Sales of Form closes on Friday, 10th January, 2025
