UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN RELEASES 2023/2024 CHANGE OF COURSE FORM 

This is to notify everyone planning to cross from their department to another department that the change of course form (online) is finally out. Kindly login to your portal via the link below and click on the three horizontal lines by the top left side of your dashboard. Click on forms and select “Department”, then proceed from there.

After filling the form and submitting the application. You’ll be left with checking back your portal to know if the Admission Officer, the HOD of your present department and HOD of your proposed department have approved your application by clicking on the “approval status”

Notwithstanding, you may try to check on the HODs of your present and proposed department, letting them know that you applied for the change of course.
